Anna, Shingrix is a non-live vaccine and is safe for people on biologics. So you should be able to get it unless you have other issues that prevent it.

I think that's a great question - but probably something to ask your doc. Since people tkaing the medications can only respond from their own experiences and wouldn't know the likelihood of a reaction for others and when that reaction would happen for others.

All the pharma companies for the TNFs also have a patient support line, I believe these are all staffed by nurses. They are listed as financial support, but these programs offer much more than that now. https://www.spondylitis.org/Patient-Assistance-Programs
