Hi I currently on HydroxyChloroquin and may change to Sulfasalazine, I was wondering of those guys on it, if your semen changes colour to orange?

well your pee can change to orange I know that. You can also have a reduced sperm count so not a time to start a family

I've been on Sulfasalazine for about a year now. I get the (BRIGHT!) orange pee & was prewarned about possible orange in my eyes but I haven't noticed. There wasn't any info re: semen in my pamphlet & I haven't seen a difference down there myself...maybe it affects different people in different ways?

I am not currently on Sulfasalazine, but I do recall noticing (and then reading) that change in the color of bodily fluids could be one of the side effects.

http://www.utdonline.com/patients/content/topic.do?topicKey=~tZKOrn__cLNnQ/

"Sulfasalazine is a yellow/orange color; patients who take it may notice that their urine, tears, and sweat develop an orange tinge, which can stain clothing and contact lenses ... "

Ejaculate is mostly fluid, so it follows that it would be similarly affected.

Perhaps so, but it is excreted by glands and not filtered out of your system like urine. Ejaculate does not contain any urine, so maybe not, I think. I have no idea, really, since I have never taken that drug. But now I am dying to know. Anyway, if it was orange, would this be a plus or a minus?
