Very interesting, I always thought there must be something else involved with T cells, but didn't know there was subset cells.

cool

we have long know that IL 22 can decrease inflammation and now we know how it works. Just like IL 17 creates TH17 and promotes inflammation then IL 22 can create TH 22 and try to control that inflammation.

Some interesting ideas on treatment seem possible using the body's own IL/TH system

IL 22 and IL 10 both can control inflammation.
