I am new to this organization and its forums. I've found the content tremendously useful and wanted to query the community on recommendations for a rheumatologist in the San Diego area who might specialize in SA and associated conditions. I have seen several through my healthcare network and none have been very adept and they tend to contradict each other. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Carl.

Hey Tusconmonsoon,

We have a member to member recommended rheumatologist directory, which is a national listing of rheumatologists recommended to us by other spondylitis patients. Send me a request at james.choi@spondylitis.org and we can send you a copy. If you would like to ask in person, there is also a support group in San Diego that meets in La Jolla.

hope this helps,

James

Do you still feel that way about Skol? I am looking for a new doctor. Tried Weiss - he is horrible. Basically told me to just live with it.
