Hi,

I'm kinda worried and frustrated with these doctors here in Juneau. My daughter continues with her tremors. We took her to Neurologist she thinks it's med related and did some labs. Well that was on July 2nd and they never got back to us with results. I call them today and they just say to make sure I take a copy of the labs to the Reumathologist in Sept 12 because there were some abnormal results. They couldn't inform me what was wrong. Any way I was able to get the copy from the hospital and her CK levels are high 204 when normal levels are (28-142). Anyone know what can cause these levels to be high? I googled for info and just got more worried than I was before.

Never google for info like this, lol!

This is the BEST site for info on labs IMO. Legit and accurate and informative. Here is their listing for CK.

Hopefully your daughter is also seeing the specialists when you go for your appointments next month? Make sure they have copies of the labs BEFORE you go so they have a chance to take a look & evaluate them in the context of all the other stuff she has had going on.

Good luck! Let us know how you both do!

Jen:

Thank you so much for your support. You are always so helpful.
I really hope we can get answers also in such a short time.Good thing I insisted and was able to get my copies. Because If I hadn't call we would probably have never found out anything before traveling to Seattle. I left a copy with her Primary doctor here in Juneau and expect to get a call today or Monday. I will update when I have an update.

Thanks again.Tita
