Hi everyone. It's been a couple years since I've visited the message board.
Lately I've had such pain with my scoliosis area of my spine.
I was wondering if anyone has both AS and scoliosis and how they cope?

Hi Tammy,
I have very mild scoliosis in my upper spine. As I write this post, I'm in bed on a heating pad and have 2 tennis balls lodged in my upper back. I tried doing yard work today frown
I take small doses of oxycodone late afternoon and in the evening. 2.5 mg.
Some days I can get away with less.
I'm in between biologics right now. I've been dealing with GI issues, but I'm going to start Cimzia in a few weeks.
So, as far as coping? Some days I don't! It's a really hard disease. I try not to complain to my loved ones.
Are you on any medications? Does anything help?
Hope you can find relief soon.
