I just had my first remicade infusion and it went great other than my pain shot up to an 8 trying to sit for all those hours. I brought a heating pad but they said I couldn’t use it. Does anyone else have tips on what helped them with severe back and hip pain during the infusion? All responses are appreciated!

I use Arthritis Strength Tylenol for pain. I would recommend pillows. Ask also for a warm blanket if that's allowed.
