I have been watching today a movie about microbiome. One of the herbalists innit mentioned Reishi mushrooms another wormwood as tnf blocker. Another specialist advocated nutrient dense salt as possible flare remedy. Anyone tried?

Bought the reishi mushrooms supplement last week.
I read that spondylitis association recommendation for supplements. Funny thing when I informed my rheumatologist I am taking supplements she didn’t even ask what kind...

Shoulder we still assume inflammation is present even though the common blood markers for inflammation are wnl? This has happened a couple of times with me and in the past couple years. Becomes frustrating when seeing a new MD.

I have had AS for over 25 years. I have no fusion... I take Cimzia every 10 days and stick to a hard core gym workout. In addition I stay on the LSD Diet. Right behind working out, diet is the next important thing. If I dont keep off starches no medicine will help. AS is not that bad for me I am in HLBA 27 negative but I do have Polycythemia vera which sucks worse. From looking at me you would have 0 idea I had anything wrong with me.
