In the last 2 years I've had my appendix and gallbladder removed. I was told they were enlarged but given no cause. Now my spleen is 16 cm and they're saying it might need to be removed. Still not given a cause. Could any of these be related to AS or other autoimmune causes? I was also recently diagnosed with atelectasis in both lower lungs and gastroparesis. Are either of these common with autoimmune issues? Thanks.

Hopefully you get some other responses. If you haven’t done so already use the search bar on this forum to see if the issue has come up in the past. I’m going to look in a few texts today to see if I can find anything. Could any of these issues be related to any medications that you are on?

I was on humira for a while but the VA decided to take me off of it. That's kind of when stuff started going bad again. At the moment I'm not on any medications.
