Has anyone tried svaroopa yoga for AS?
I heard that it was great for back pain sufferers.

Its a type of yoga that is meant to release spinal muscles & tension. My massage therapist had recommended it to me. She had another client who had trouble with her back and it really helped her. I noticed a slight reduction in pain the next day after doing it.

Here is a snippet from the studio where I tried it:
"This is a highly meditative style of Yoga with an emphasis on releasing core tensions in the body, particularly along the spine. As a result of this release of tension, you will feel more connected to your body, and begin to cultivate and experience inner bliss."

Thanks for the info - I am going to look into and if I find something on it (I will have to go outside of my town of 3,000 people) I will report back!

Thanks again!
