Last night I attended my first Ayengar yoga class and I am surprised at how good I feel this morning! What surprised me was that all the poses were the same as my PT exercises, but the teacher went through each pose and explained which muscles would do damage and which would help me in the pose. I felt like I got a much better stretch withouth 75% of the pain - A huge result!

I am so excited to be able to do anything like yoga that I just had to tell people who understood! laugh
