if you like the pressure of a knuckle in the joint, then I bet you would appreciate a 'yogaball'. it a firm rubber ball. it's good to self massage areas. Aslo a foam roller is a good gadget to have around. kindest,

I let my wife and kids stand all over my back and wherever I'm sore and it always works.
