Good morning everyone!

Has anyone else had Transaminitis from NSAIDS?

I've been on Humira for 7 months but my Rheumy also had me stay on Nabumetone since my pain was so high. I've been on Nabumetone for 4 years and NEVER had an elevated GGT result and then all of a sudden in November it went from 15 to 214. It has taken until now to finally come back to normal.

Has anyone ever been on an NSAID for years and then all of a sudden had this happen? I'm so curious as to why this can happen so suddenly after years of use.

Thanks! Happy Friday!

It may be coincidental but my sister developed autoimmune hepatitis after taking nabumetone post surgery for her feet.

How do you know it's the NSAID and not the Humira?
