Hi Banana and Drizzit,
Thank you for the good vibes and prayers. It's nice to have the caring support of all of you. I have felt pretty scared and alone lately and it's nice to hear some positive things.

I'm so thrilled for you Drizzit!

Happy for you. I'm not surprised you're feeling some benefits already. Sometimes I can tell right away if something is going to be effective. Odd how we get used to pain and it almost feels like an integral part of one's life is missing when it's gone. It's a nice void to feel.

I started Simponi a little over a month ago. It helped me immediately and I was so happy. After about 2 1/2 weeks, though, the pain slowly started to return. I just took my second injection last Sunday and I have not felt any relief again. :-( I am hoping that it will start to work again, but the odds don't look good. I was quite devastated when it stopped working. I really hope that it continues to work for you, though. I go back to the doctor on Monday, and I will see what the blood work says. I was already on Humira. That had taken about 3 months to start working and then it stopped after about a month. Anyone else having similar problems with the anti-TNFs not working so quickly??
