Where do you go if you have been having a service officer (DAV, for example) helping you and they aren't really helping? I am trying to assist a female veteran who has been doing all the leg work herself and her advocate does not even advocate.

She has represented herself in court, won, and have the claim sent back only to have nothing change.

She is not a spondy. She is a veteran who has become trapped in the broken system where there is no standard application of the rules.

Long time no talk!

DAV and the Purple Heart folks come to mind. DAV has handled all of my issues over they years.

Thanks. I gave her contact info for a rep with Purple Heart. She's supposed to be real good for folks who have been denied multiple times.
