OP Frannie Registered Visitor Joined: Apr 2008 Posts: 104 Milford, CT	HI... Just wondering if anyone else have or had this kind of problem with your finger nails.. About a year ago I had gel coated nails, never had a problem until a few months ago.. I began to notice that my nails(only 3)on each hands began to lift from it's nail bed.. I've stopped using the gel nails and now I get a regular manicures every 2 weeks.(keeping my nails short) I'm just confused, could this problem be my illness or meds. I did start on Cimza 4 months ago, before that I was on Remicaide.. Any input would be helpful!! Last edited by Frannie; 10/14/15 08:31 PM. Then every 4 week..

cemc Registered Visitor C Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 3,148 UK	My nails lift from the nail bed too - worse on my toe nails. And yes, it is common with PsA. Cauda equina type neurogenic bladder problems. Coeliac disease. Sicca syndrome. Ataxic gait and use crutches. Non-specific gut problems. Current treatment: Low dose naltrexone, low starch diet (Guts shredded by NSAIDs. Previously diclofenac worked well, not eligible for anti-tnfs, hypersensitivity to SSZ). Also short bursts of pred for bad flares
