I'm writing this with tears in my eyes knowing the grief you feel for Lucky. My husband gave me my Havanesse, Skipper after I had to retire. He's saved me from depression and pushed me to move when I'm in pain. Just hold on to your fun memories of him.

So sorry about your dog. And the other dogs, they will need extra hugs now too that their friend is gone.

I am so sorry for your loss. I know you pain as I have lost many pets over the years. There is always one special one that continues to hold our hearts forever.

I don't think I can add anything to what has been said or say it any better, but I do feel sorry for your loss. Thanks for sharing with us both your joy and your sorrow. And reminding us that every moment that we have them is precious. I have a 14-year old poodle who is a great friend and teacher. I don't know how much longer I will have her, but am trying to cherish all the moments that I can.

OMG! I'm so sorry about your wonderful friend Lucky. I too know what it is like to lose your best friend. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers. Only time will help to heal your pain, and also the void that you are now experiencing.Talking about your loss with a good friend is the best thing to do. Please just know that others are willing to help you at this difficult time.
I never miss a chance to hug my dog and tell him how much he is loved and appreciated. I cherish the time I have with him; he is my best buddy too.

You all are the best. Your words have helped more than you know. No one has treated me like I was some kind of raving crazed lady. Everyone seems to understand. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Not only are you all great at being there for us all when we have problems with AS or are feeling down about the changes in our lives because of it, you are wonderful about being a suport to us all in all things in our lives. Thank you for this.
I may have AS but it will never have me.

I am so sorry, there's not much worse than losing a pet. Lucky's still with you though, I can assure you.
I'm no doctor, my bank account should be proof of that, so my medical opinions and advice are strictly that, my opinion and experiences.
