Well, I spoke with the State VA rep today and he explained a lot of things to me. First, the State guys were doing their job because they thought they were still representing us which is why they asked for the letter from the family doctor.
But what they don't understand is why the DAV rep didn't check my husband's file to see if there had been any updates. Is there anyway we can check his file ourselves on the Internet?
He further explained that the back injury is still being considered as well as the tinnitus. So the only thing denied is actual hearing loss. Feel a little better. Diane
