I just moved from St. Louis to Baltimore. Unfortunately, I still have no diagnosis and now the doctor I was working with is 830 miles away. I also have a PPO now. Are there any good doctors I should try? Hopkins? Where should I start? Primary care? Rheumatologists? Pain management? I have no diagnosis.
