Hello Everyone,

I wanted to first introduce myself. I am new here at the Spondylitis Association of America as the Programs Manager. I am excited about working for such an amazing organization that truly thrives on providing the support for its community members. If you have any questions, comments or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I am here to help and support each and every one of you.

With that said I wanted to start a discussion and would love your feedback.

Sometimes we all need a little help. Do you have an item, product, or a trick that you find helpful for daily living or spondylitis issues? Please share your tips!

Welcome to the forums, Kristine! SAA is definitely awesome!

I guess my item would be microbead pillows. Wonderful for resting sore joints on, like wrists and elbows. Just make sure the pillow isn't stuffed too tightly. You want to be able to squish the pillow around so there's no pressure on the joint.

Hi SouthernMoss,

That is a good recommendation. I might have to invest in one for myself, since I am at a desk all day typing and using the mouse. They sound like they would help better than the mousepad wrist pads. Thank you!!
