Interesting story out today about Pfizer's decision not to investigate Enbrel's potential as a treatment for Alzheimer's: https://www.washingtonpost.com/busi...noredirect=on&utm_term=.965a91d0094e

Worth reading for its insight into how drug companies make decisions regarding research into possible new uses for old drugs and for its discussion (deep in the article) of how systemic inflammation might contribute to dementia.

Study out of Israel published in August 2022. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.phrs.2022.106325

regarding increased risk of alzheimer's in AS and the benefit of TNF for this risk. I haven't see it referenced in other AS studies.
