I was wondering if anyone had a list of all the biologics that can be taken for spondy. I have been on remicade for 12 years and i am currently on the highest dosage. it looks like in a year or so I will have to change, and I was hoping I could start research now. I know of a few and will list them. if you know of more, could you please add them? thanks humira enbriel remicade cosentyx

yes, you have most of them. humira (TNF) enbriel (TNF) remicade (TNF) cosentyx (IL17) simponi (simponi aria is IV version) (TNF) cimzia (TNF) taltz (IL17) xeljanze (JAK - these are new, but not biologics, they are pills) rinvoq (JAK (pill))
Hope that helps.

couple of handy resources... this is a summary of the treatment guidelines. it came out before JAKs, so those are not listed. chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://spondylitis.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/SAA_Pocket_Guide_Update_WEB.pdf also, the chart lists everything for spondy. https://spondylitis.org/about-spondylitis/treatment-information/medications/guide-to-medications/
