Hello,
I was carrying a backpack at airport for an hour. It was relatively heavy. I felt some muscle strains. Gradually it got worse.
Its been 4 months. Anyone else has faced this? I have stiffness and neck pain on both sides.

I went for CSP Flouro injections two weeks ago. It was good for 10 days. and then the pain began happening again.
Also trying regular physical therapy. Also tried methylprednisolone, gabapentin. On baclofen, gabapentin and nortryptiline as of today.

If you have any suggestions please help!

Thank you !

You're probably like me. I was just thinking I should get rid of my family and go into a nursing home. If I could get something to take the edge off sitting here.. golden.

Thank you. I am feeling a bit better. I am doing a lot more chin tucks, resistance with band on back of my head, diclofenac sodium. Correct posture, all the time. But still a long way to go. My doctor at ucsf thinks, if it is going in correct direction. Keep it up. We should not get nerve ablation as he was suggesting. May the injections took a longer to be effective. My body is weird to say the least. So it is possible medicine took a lot longer to come into play, and physical therapy is working in combination with it and the diclofenac tabs
