If anyone's looking for a great rheumatologist in the Twin Cities area, I recommend Dr. Archibald Skemp. He's one of the best in the state, and I was lucky enough to get referred to him by the orthopedic doc who finally saw that he could do nothing for me, heh. He's based in Edina at the Arthritis and Rheumatology clinic on France Avenue across from the Galleria/Southdale. I've heard good things about other docs there, too, if you can't manage to snag Skemp for yourself.
