I have had an annoying and itchy rash in my genital area and in the creases of my legs. I finally brought it up to my doc and he diagnosed it today. Mine's a mixture of yeast and this other stuff.

He told me it is specifically sclerosis et atrophicus. What was also interesting is that he said it had the appearance of the kind of rash that shows up in connective tissue disease. WHen I said, "Psoriasis?" he said yes.

I started laughing and then almost cried when he went out of the room. I mean what else has to go on my plate?

Thanks for listening,
Elaine

Oh Elaine, I feel for you. I understand the "full plate" syndrome. I don't have any quick fix answers for you, just my sympathy.

Hey, I have an idea...maybe if we smash those plates "they" can't pile anything else on them? Suppose that'll work???????

I truly do believe that we are not given more than we can handle, whether we believe it at the moment or not. You must be an incredibly strong woman.

Keep your chin up,
Crystal smile

My opinion is strictly that, mine. However, if I want your opinion, I'll give it to you. ;-)

psoriasis isn't uncommon for a spondy. I have it. Do what ya gotta do to handle the other stuff.

I use goldbond body powder for my psoriasis when I need too.

Thanks Crystal,

I wish we could have a plate-smashing party. That's a good idea, then nothing else could get piled on. wink Some days I feel as though I'm buried under too many plates. Need some lightening.

Jay,

I know it isn't unusual, it's the location that's so uncomfortable. eek

Thanks for listening.....need it today,

Elaine
