Spondylitis Association of America Forums General Discussion Men Only Message Board Hives

I was diagnosed with AS 8 years ago, and am still on Indocin. I just wanted to see if others out there suffer from Hives, recently they have been getting worse and worse. Are they related to AS? Also, I have real problems with sweating, even when laying in bed. I have to have fans blowing over me to try to control this, anyone else have this problem?

Hi Jon. Hives is listed as a possible side effect of Indocin. If it persists or gets beyond mild hives, call your doctor.

The heavy sweating and/or night sweats is fairly common with AS.
