I was looking into turmeric and maybe cayenne pepper/capsaicin. I have been making a 'tea' with those two, plus ginger, honey, and lemon, there are different properties in all of them that help with inflammation, tummy issues, psoriasis and other skin issues, immune stuff, cancer cell growth, metabolism and weight, and all sorts of other stuff. It's all still being researched but there is enough info for a desperate person to give it a try, and it doesn't look like there have been any bad side effects. I don't know about dosage, that's what I came here looking for actually. Good luck!
