Karl 49 Dx COPD 2007, AS Oct 2011, IBS Jan 2012, Uncontrolled Uvtisus June 2011, right SI joint fused Nov 2011, Meds: methotrexate, Ibuprofen, Tramadol, cyclobenzaprine, Omeprazole, Lipitor, Dicyclomite Stopped metho.,Lipitor, Tramadol due to liver, lung, and prostate damage. Started Nucynta, Gabapentin, Tamulosin, Midodrine, and now DX for hypo-tension, and Pulmonary Fibrosis as of Feb 2012 |
